Wade George, a Graduate of Penn State Abington, began his journey in property insurance in early February of 2005 when he went to work for a local restoration company. During his first decade plus in claims, Wade became a certified water restorer, a project manager, estimator, independent adjuster, appraiser, umpire, expert opinion witness, and more. This period of his life found him as a trusted resource for many of the most prominent carriers in the Nation.
Eventually, Wade reached a life crossroads. The reason he entered the industry was to help people and to be a positive force for home and business owners. After a period of personal reflection, he made the decision to be a licensed public adjuster. Since 2015, first working for one of the most prestigious firms in the country and now as the owner of Authentic Adjustment, Wade has dedicated countless hours, his wealth of knowledge and experience to helping as many people in need as possible. As a good friend of his says, "doing good stuff.... is good stuff!"
With the understanding that mastery has no finish line, Wade and his team are deeply focused on training, learning, and personal growth.
